What's Happening

Saint Andrew Feast Day Fish Fry

Celebrate the feast day of your parish's namesake with a catfish dinner and all the extras (French fries, hushpuppies, Coleslaw, and dessert) after the 4:30 Mass on Saturday, November 29! Reserve your seat for this celebration by signing up in the vestibule or through the QR code in the bulletin. The cost is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 5 to 12, and free for children under age 5.

The event is presented by the Men's Club. If you have questions, please contact Chuck Byrd at 501-517-2842 or cbyrd@gmail.com.

Advent Lessons & Carols

The choirs of the Cathedral of Saint Andrew, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral (Little Rock) and Saint Luke Episcopal Church (North Little Rock) will be performing the annual Advent Lessons and Carols on Sunday, December 7 (Second Sunday of Advent). There will be an organ prelude at 7:15 p.m., followed by the service proper at 7:30 p.m.

Children's Book Drive

A children's book drive (sponsored by Knights of Columbus Council 812) is being held during the month of November for the children served by Helping Hand. Books will be distributed in mid-December. Collection boxes are in the vestibule. Please donate new or gently used books for children of all ages. Our goal is 400 books.

If you would like to make a monetary donation or order books and have them shipped, please contact Pete Stabnick at 501-400-4460 or stabnick218@att.net.

Toy & Food Drive

Please help the Cathedral Men's Club and Saturday Rosary Group support the Arkansas Pregnancy Resource Center with toys and food items for Christmas, plus stocking the shelves for other much-needed supplies throughout the year. Organizations involved include Angels Among Us, Faith Needs Food Drive, and Stock the Shelves. More information about eligible items, as well as a QR code, can be found in the parish bulletin and FlockNote. Items can be dropped off in the vestibule by Sunday, December 7.

For more information, contact Chuck Byrd at 501-517-2842 or cbyrd@gmail.com.

Breakfast with Saint Nick

Join the Cathedral Men's Club on Sunday, December 7, at 9:30 a.m. after Mass in McDonald Hall for a morning of holiday fun and fellowship as we host Saint Nicholas for breakfast! The cost is $10 for ages 13 and up, $5 for children ages 5 to 12, and free for children under age 5. Reserve your seat by signing up in the vestibule or through the QR code in the parish bulletin or FlockNote.

For more information, contact Chuck Byrd at 501-517-2842 or cbyrd@gmail.com.
