What's Happening
Annual Diocesan Clergy Welfare Fund
The collection at all Masses on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will be for the Clergy Welfare Fund. This fund provides retirement and health care benefits to retired and infirm priests around our Diocese. Our priests spend every day of their adult lives as humble and devoted servants doing God's work and serving us until age or infirmity calls for them to retirement. Your contributions to the Clergy Welfare Fund make our priests' retirement possible. 100% of donations for this special collection will remain within our Diocese. Please share with our priests the generosity that they continue to share with us.
Advent Lessons & Carols
The choirs of the Cathedral of Saint Andrew, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral (Little Rock) and Saint Luke Episcopal Church (North Little Rock) will be performing the annual Advent Lessons and Carols on Sunday, December 7 (Second Sunday of Advent). There will be an organ prelude at 7:15 p.m., followed by the service proper at 7:30 p.m.
Children's Book Drive
A children's book drive (sponsored by Knights of Columbus Council 812) is being held during the month of November for the children served by Helping Hand. Books will be distributed in mid-December. Collection boxes are in the vestibule. Please donate new or gently used books for children of all ages. Our goal is 400 books.
If you would like to make a monetary donation or order books and have them shipped, please contact Pete Stabnick at 501-400-4460 or stabnick218@att.net.
