What's Happening
Back-to-School Blessing
UPDATE (Aug. 29): Due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts with McDonald Hall, the Back to School Breakfast and the blessing of school backpacks need to be pushed back two weeks to Sunday, September 13, at 9:30 a.m. If you prepaid and can't make the rescheduled date, we will gladly refund your prepayment. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as the Cathedral navigates our growth challenges.
Original Post: Join the Men's Club for breakfast and a blessing of the backpacks! A full breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, hash-browned potatoes, pancakes, fruit, and assorted beverages will be served. The cost is $10 for ages 19 and up; all school-aged children under the age of 19 eat for free!

2027 Confirmation Orientation Meeting
There will be an orientation meeting for the Cathedral Confirmation Preparation program on Wednesday, September 23, in McDonald Hall. Dinner will be served at 5:00 p.m., and the meeting proper begins at 5:30 p.m. All students in 7th and 8th grades, as well as students in 12th grade and below who have not received the Sacrament of Conformation, are eligible.

Razorbacks Tailgate Party
Please join the Cathedral Men's Club on Saturday, September 19, in McDonald Hall for our Annual College Football Game Tailgate Party! Doors open at 10 a.m., and the game starts at 11 a.m. We will serve pulled pork from Whole Hog Cafe, along with potato salad, coleslaw, and hot dogs for the kids.
While admission is FREE, we need a head count, so everyone is asked to reserve a spot by event reservation page on FlockNote or though the QR code in the parish bulletin. You are also invited to register and bring your favorite tailgate dish.
