• Dealing with your former spouse to reduce anxiety and stress
• Helping your kids cope after divorce
• Incorporating Catholic teaching and practices to speed recovery

This workshop is intended for:

• Divorced
• Separated
• Struggling with divorce
• Single parent
• Family or friends of a Catholic experiencing divorce
