The Cathedral Bible study is based on the Little Rock Scripture Study program used in every Diocese within the United States and 54 countries throughout the world. The program is structured in a manner that builds Christian faith and community through group interaction, fellowship, and individual voluntary sharing of how God and the living Word of God speak to the heart of the individual believer. Each study includes archaeological and historical background information on the culture sacred writers addressed. Lessons within a particular study are designed to assist the reader, using a series of reflective questions, in understanding what a given Scripture passage says; what the writer intended and what God wanted to communicate to His people at the time the Word was revealed; what the passage means to you today and how it applies to your life. And, finally, once you understand, what do you intend to do about it?
